Before I appeared before the United States Supreme Court under Docket #12-8623, I had the privilege to appear before the 11circuit court of Atlanta Georgia and I received a non-published opinion subsequent to my Oral Argument on or about December 2010. Then, I heard for the first time and to my own amazement that the Walton County was under "UNFORTUNATE CONFUSION" I was greatly troubled for I understood that when someone is under confusion their mind is misguided and they can not lead other human being. However, The Walton County was handling millions of dollars of United States Citizen's money while under unfortunate Confusion. That was never acceptable by me, for it is a confusing statement yet I OFFERED PEACE to discard such anger-provoking statement. Yet, the Bible makes it clear that PEACE is a clear thing and not confusing at all.
